Once your payment for an initial Gravity Forms License purchase has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your account. This email may arrive within a few minutes of placing the order but can take up to 1 hour.

Return Policy

Refunds are only applicable to original purchases, renewal payments, or upgrade payments if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of the payment date. Upon submitting a refund request, your license will be immediately invalidated and deactivated, and all future auto-renewals for that license will be canceled. A deactivated license cannot be restarted, renewed, or reactivated.
