Return Policy
Mantels Direct will refund 100% of your purchase amount if you are dissatisfied with any stock item or standard, unfinished mantel or shelf. Simply contact us by phone or email to obtain a return authorization number. Return the item in sellable condition, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery to: Mantels Direct, LLC, 3114 Kendall Dr., Florence, AL 35630.
Cancellation Policy
Mantels Direct uses an automated system to provide the quickest service possible for customers. Many products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Once the order is transmitted, it is nearly impossible to stop the shipment. Therefore, cancellations are only possible if the order is in Pending Approval status.
