Refund Policy

If your purchase includes a Muhdo kit, you may request a refund for the Muhdo kit and any bundled DNA or epigenetic products within 30 days of purchase, provided the Muhdo kit has not been used or registered.

Discounts

Codes provided or promoted by third parties without Muhdo's authorization will be deemed invalid. Offer codes cannot be combined, and customers are limited to using only one offer code per order.

Replacement Policy

They must receive your saliva sample before the Muhdo Kit's expiration date (12 months from the purchase date) to ensure accurate and reliable genetic data. Muhdo will not accept or process DNA kits received after their expiration date.
