Shipping Information
They offer Free ground shipping on orders over $7. Priority Delivery (by 10:30 AM to most U.S. addresses, by 5 PM to remote areas) costs an additional $5. Messenger orders must be placed by phone by 3 pm the day before delivery to allow their team sufficient processing time.
Return Policy
Since they ship perishables, they do not offer returns. However, they are happy to provide full or partial reshipments/refunds in cases such as: incorrect items shipped, missing items from the order, damaged/spoiled items, items shipped without proper insulation or ice packs, FedEx lost packages during transit, FedEx failed to complete shipment within 48 hours of shipping date, or if FedEx delivered the order to the wrong address.
