Return Policy

Oribe.com provides products and services with integrity. Items purchased from Oribe.com must be returned directly to Oribe.com. We can only accept refunds and returns for unopened or gently used items bought from Oribe.com, and such requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping

Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more. For orders below $100, an $8 flat fee applies. Currently, we only offer domestic shipping. Orders that include Hazardous Materials can only be shipped within the Continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
