Satya Jewelry Shopping Guides

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt. Processing occurs from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is calculated after the order has been processed. For Next Day Air orders, submissions must be received by 11am EST to be shipped out the same day.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! All international orders shipped outside of the United States are sent via DHL. Additional shipping charges may apply based on the destination country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. These fees are not covered by Satya Jewelry and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Returns

Satya Jewelry happily accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage-free items within 14 days of delivery. Orders postmarked after 30 days will be returned at the customer's expense. Once we receive the return, please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Warranty

Satya Jewelry provides a one-year warranty on regular-priced items purchased exclusively through our website and at our Columbus Circle store.
