Return Policy
Most items can be returned for an exchange or refund at any time. Exceptions include personal care items, intimates, and footwear, which must be returned in their original unworn condition within 60 days.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase online and through our Customer Service Department. When ordering, use item number GC9999. Please specify the dollar amount, gift message, and the recipient's name and address. The certificate will be sent along with a copy of our current catalog. Shipping charges and sales tax do not apply to gift certificates.
