Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items bought online through SmithsonianStore.com or Smithsonian catalogs can be returned within 90 days. Refund processing may take up to 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the initial payment was made by credit card, your merchandise credit limit will appear on your card statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles. Please note that shipping and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
