Shipping Policy

Currently, they are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders. They appreciate your support, but due to this demand, their warehouse requires an additional 1-2 days to process your order. Additionally, FedEx is also handling a larger than normal shipping volume, which, combined with extra safety precautions, adds 1-3 days to the delivery timeframe.

Return Policy

If you ordered a bicycle within 14 days in the USA, you are eligible for a full refund as long as the bike is unused, unridden, and repackaged in the original box in like-new condition. A $60.00 shipping fee applies to all returned bicycles.
