Cancellation Policy
If your driver has been assigned to you for less than five minutes when you cancel the booking, there will be no charge or cancellation fee. If your driver has been assigned for more than five minutes at the time of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be applied.
Waiting Time Policy
For non-airport journeys, a grace period of five minutes is provided before waiting time starts to accrue. For ASAP bookings, the five-minute window begins when the vehicle arrives. For pre-bookings, it starts from the scheduled journey time. After six minutes, additional waiting charges will be applied.
