Warranty

Devices purchased from the Artisul Official Store come with a limited 1-year warranty starting from the purchase date.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return or refund. For products with quality issues, you can request a return within at least 7 days. If you return the item for reasons unrelated to product quality, an 8% restocking fee will be applied, and you will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs, including cross-border and international shipping. If the product has a hardware defect, a full refund will be issued, including coverage of the return shipping fees for the defective item (NOTE: you may request a replacement instead of a full refund).
