Shipping Policy

The standard shipping fee is $4.99. Free ground shipping is available on orders of $35 or more to the 48 contiguous states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Currently, shipping to Puerto Rico is not offered. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number indicating the package is on its way.

Return Policy

All return or exchange requests must be submitted via email to orders@banilausa.com within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will exclude shipping costs. Please contact orders@banilausa.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange. Free shipping is not available for product exchanges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
