Biktrix Shopping Guides

Refer a Friend

Customers who refer friends will earn a Referral Reward once the referral is confirmed and the referral credit is approved by a customer service representative. Each customer is limited to referring two people per household. Additionally, customers can only earn one referral credit per referred individual.

Shipping Policy

Orders may be eligible for free shipping, or a flat rate fee may apply. The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Orders are shipped via FedEx or other courier services. Please note that shipments are not made to PO BOXES or APO addresses.

Refund Policy

Any returned items associated with an order used with a discount code will have the total value of the discount deducted from the refund, whether returning a single item or multiple items. All authorized e-bike returns will incur a USD $550 shipping fee deducted from the refund, in addition to the restocking fee specified in section 6.B.3.

Payment

Payments may be declined or refunded at BEB's sole discretion, for any reason or none at all. If a pre-order is accepted for any product, your account, credit card, or other payment method will be charged upon approval by BEB, regardless of the expected shipping date of your order.
