Shipping policy
You can place an order up to 60 days in advance of your delivery date and until 2PM Eastern Time on the day before. It is recommended to place your order 2-3 weeks ahead to ensure the availability of your preferred flower variety, color, and quantities.
Order changes and cancellations
Most modifications and cancellations can be made up to fourteen days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Items requiring advance purchase cannot be altered or canceled. Non-perishable products may be delivered earlier than the requested date and cannot be changed or canceled once in transit.
Return policy
All refund or re-shipment requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order and must include photos of all relevant products. Cancellations and refunds are not available within 7 days of the requested delivery date.
