If you wish to return an item purchased from Brook & York, they are happy to accept all returns within 60 days of purchase. Personalized items, including engraved pieces, are non-returnable. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition.

All returns and exchanges should be shipped via the US Postal Service to their P.O. Box. Currently, they can only accept returns and exchanges sent to the P.O. Box address. Brook & York is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Your account will be credited within 15 days of receiving your returned item.
