Shipping Policy

They ship seeds and most other in-stock items within a few days of receiving your order. Nursery stock and bulbs are shipped at the optimal planting time for your region. Product exclusions apply on Free Shipping promotions for heavy-weight items. Additionally, nursery stock cannot be shipped outside the continental United States.

Return Policy

Returns by mail usually take 7-14 days to process and refund. Once a return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or a check will be mailed. Returns of General Merchandise products are only accepted if the items are clean and unused. The return processing time is based on the date the items were received.
