Refunds
As these are personalized items, refunds are generally not available except in cases of material or workmanship defects.
Cancellations
Due to their highly automated production process, orders that meet image resolution requirements go into production immediately. Therefore, cancellation requests must be submitted within 8 hours of placing the order.
Replacements
All replacement requests must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the item. This includes damaged canvases, for which requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of receipt.
