Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Cash refunds exceeding $150.00 will be issued as a check within 14 business days. Refunds to credit or debit cards can only be made to the same card used for the original purchase. Credits for financed or lease-to-own payments will be credited to the respective finance or lease-to-own company and refunded within 7 to 10 days, depending on your account status.

Shipping Policy

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including a $15.00 fee for returns shipped with free shipping. If the original shipping cost exceeds this fee, the full shipping charge will be applied if an item is shipped and the buyer refuses delivery or the delivery is undeliverable. In such cases, the full shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Return Policy

All eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to certain restrictions outlined below. To return an item, select your preferred method, provided the item is in new, complete, and original condition with the receipt.
