Refund Policy

After your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days. Please note, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. To complete the return process, please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days or as per the product warranty. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake and want to exchange it for the correct one, there may be postage charges for the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
