Delivery Policy
Chi Chi dispatches all parcels from Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm, and on Saturday from 8am to 2pm. For Next Working Day delivery within the UK, orders must be placed by 7pm. Orders placed after 7pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the next working day whenever possible.
Return Policy
Customers have 28 days from the delivery date to return any unwanted items for a refund. Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt, unworn, in pristine condition, and with all original Chi Chi tags attached.
