Return Policy
We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds where possible, provided that items are returned to Christys within 30 days of receipt and meet the following conditions. Christy's cannot offer any exchanges or refunds for items that have been worn, marked, damaged, or are not in their original undamaged packaging.
Shipping Policy
For the UK: The delivery fee is calculated automatically on the billing page once your shipping address is confirmed. Christy usually dispatches stock items within 2 working days, depending on demand, via a next working day service. For international orders: Christy offers a fully tracked Express service with a transit time of 1-2 working days.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase, minus any applicable taxes or import duties. If you selected an express shipping option at checkout, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.
