Return Policy
Products that are custom or special orders cannot be returned. These orders are non-cancelable. Additionally, non-stock orders purchased by Country Floors on behalf of the customer from independent vendors cannot be returned, and orders cannot be canceled.
Lead Time
Lead times for special custom orders of tiles and natural stones can be as short as 14 days or, in some cases, may extend beyond 120 days depending on the source of the material. While many products listed on this website or in our catalogs are stored in our warehouses, we do not guarantee that all products will always be in stock.
Payment Policy
All materials are purchased with a 50% deposit required upon order placement, or 100% if the order is less than $1,000. The remaining balance, including freight and handling charges, is due prior to shipment unless an open account has been established with Country Floors.
