Booking

Your reservation becomes effective once you have paid a non-refundable deposit, any applicable insurance premiums, booking fees, and they have issued your confirmation invoice.

Passports, Visa, and Health/Vaccine Requirements

It is your responsibility to confirm the specific passport, visa, and other immigration requirements with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. If traveling through multiple countries, ensure you meet the entry requirements for all destinations included in your package holiday.

Deposit Payment

A non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be advised per passenger, along with any applicable insurance premiums, must be paid at the time of booking.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance of the holiday cost, as specified on your confirmation invoice, must be paid before or on the date that is 16 weeks prior to your departure. If booking less than 16 weeks before departure, full payment of the holiday costs, including any applicable insurance premiums or booking fees, must be made at the time of booking.

Special Requests

They will try to pass on requests made at the time of booking, such as seat preferences, special meals, or hotel room locations, provided these are made at least 30 days prior to departure.
