The Sales Tax

Located proudly in Tampa, Florida, crafted and shipped from their small paradise. Therefore, they are required to collect sales tax from residents of Florida. Residents from other states do not need to pay sales tax when ordering, at least for now.

Terms of Payment

They accept all major credit and debit cards during checkout. Additionally, they support checkout through PayPal. Simply follow the on-screen instructions and select PayPal if you choose to use this method. They do not accept checks or IOUs, and they don't expect you to pay with those anyway.

Cancel The Order

You can cancel an order by contacting them via their "Contact them" page or replying to the order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. After that time, they can cancel your order up to the point of shipping and will charge a $20 processing fee to cover their 3D design costs. Once your crystal has shipped, they cannot cancel the order. Your purchase is always protected by the satisfaction guarantee outlined in their trust pledge.
