Duties & Taxes

Some customers in Europe may find that they have had to pay additional duties upon receipt of their delivery. They strive to prevent this in most countries, but if you are asked to pay any, they are more than happy to refund it for you.

Shipping Policy

Same Day delivery in London is only available on weekdays; deliveries will arrive between 3 and 7 pm. Orders to Northern Ireland may experience occasional slight delays. Working days are Monday to Friday. Express Delivery is available only for Australia, Mexico, UAE, and Canada, and they cannot deliver to PO Boxes using this service.

Return Policy

All delivery addresses must be provided in English. They offer a standard return period. If you wish to return your item, they are happy to exchange or refund your order if returned within 30 days. Please note that earrings are excluded from this policy.

Warranty

All their jewelry comes with a one-year warranty, during which they are happy to replace items with manufacturing defects free of charge.
