Payment and Security

Returns Policy
If an item is unsuitable, you may return it within 14 working days, unused, in its original packaging (including product packaging), and in perfect, saleable condition. You can choose either a replacement or a refund for the item.
Refunds Policy
Refunds are processed via the Shopify payment gateway, Stripe. Your refund will be credited to your account within 3-10 days after it is processed. This delay is due to the Stripe Payment Gateway used by Shopify and is beyond the control of Design My World Ltd.
Delivery
All orders placed before 1 pm from Monday to Thursday are dispatched within 48 hours unless next-day delivery is selected. Within the UK, delivery options include Royal Mail first or second class (2-4 days) or courier services such as Parcelforce, DPD, My Hermes, or Interlink, with delivery taking 24-72 hours. In other cases, you should receive your goods within 7-21 working days.
