Standard Delivery
They provide standard delivery services throughout the UK. Delivery is complimentary for orders valued over £50. For orders below £50, a flat fee of £3.90 applies. Orders received before 2pm from Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day, with delivery expected within 2 to 6 working days.
International Delivery
Due to the continuously evolving COVID-19 situation and border restrictions in Europe, they have temporarily halted shipping to Europe and the Republic of Ireland.
Refunds
Once the returned goods are received safely at their facility, they will process a refund for all amounts paid, including any delivery charges. If a prepaid label provided by them is unsuitable, reasonable postal costs for return will also be reimbursed. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the goods at their depot and within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of delivery into their depot.
