Cancel a reservation
If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so before pickup or use through one of the communication methods listed on your voucher or on their website.
Rent
Most of their reservations are prepaid, meaning you pay for the rental at the time of booking. For prepaid reservations, there may be an option to pay a small, non-refundable deposit upfront and settle the remaining amount before pickup.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel at least 24 hours (sometimes 48 hours) before pickup, you will generally receive a full refund, minus the administrative fee specified in the terms and conditions. Refunds are processed within 20 business days.
