Due to the nature of the product, ECBlend cannot accept returns on E-Liquid products. Since taste is subjective and varies depending on individual preferences, devices, and temperature/wattage settings, they do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for E-liquid products. They strongly recommend trying a 15mL sample bottle of E-Liquid to determine if it suits your personal taste.
Shipping
ECBlend provides various shipping options when placing an order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 6 pm PST are handled on the next business day. The current estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days. During holidays and promotional events, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before shipment.
Damaged Shipments
