Refund Policy

They will process your refund to the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirming the refund amount. To cover return shipping, they will deduct $5 from the refund for each prepaid label used. Please allow approximately three weeks for shipping, processing, and refund. A $5 return shipping fee will only be deducted if you utilize their label.
