Payment methods
They accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Check/Money Order. Checks/Money Orders should be payable to EntirelyPets Pharmacy. Your order will be released once the check clears. Cancellation policy
Orders that have not yet been processed can be canceled. Once an order has been processed, they will try to cancel it but cannot guarantee success. Once an order has left their facility, they cannot accept returns on any prescription items.
Shipping policy

Return policy
Non-prescription items can be returned within 30 DAYS of receipt (exclusions apply for temperature-sensitive products). Only unopened and unused non-prescription items are eligible for a refund, minus shipping costs.
