Return Policy
eVacuumStore commits to honoring their 30-day return policy. Please keep your receipt for warranty purposes. All returned items must have a valid return authorization number (RA#) issued by them within 30 days from the date of invoice. The product must be received by them within 14 days of the RA# being issued. No returns will be accepted or credited without a clearly written RA# on the return package label.
