If your order includes items that are printed or embroidered with materials significantly different from your final design or on incorrect products, they will reproduce those incorrect items for you or provide a full or partial refund according to your preference.
Cancellations
Since your personalized items are unique and made specifically for you, a $15 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please send them an email with your order number and reason for cancellation. They will process the cancellation if the order has not yet entered production.
