Shipping Policy
They dispatch their mystery boxes once a month, by the 22nd for orders placed by the 21st of the month. Shipping is via USPS First Class with tracking, and they will email you the tracking information as soon as each box is shipped. Typically, your box will arrive within 2-7 business days, although these times may be longer due to post-pandemic delays.
Return Policy
You will not be charged when your subscription is set to renew. Refunds are not available for boxes that have already shipped. Any refunds for unshipped boxes are subject to a $10 processing fee plus 10% to cover credit card processing costs.
