Return Policy
To qualify for returns and refunds, you must report your case within 24 hours of flower delivery. This is subject to a mandatory review and investigation by their Customer Support team. The flowers should remain in the same condition as upon delivery. Beyond this, it is the recipient's responsibility to care for the flowers after delivery. If a refund is issued, the process will take 3-5 working days.
