Fox River's policy does not include refunds for shipping costs, nor do they offer cash refunds for socks purchased from other retailers. If the return is due to an error on Fox River's part, they will reimburse you for the return shipping fees. If the specified return procedures are not followed, Fox River reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking fee in exceptional circumstances.
