Shipping Policy
Shipping is free for orders over ¥235.33; otherwise, a fee of ¥40.01 applies. Orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping carriers include UPS, FedEx, or the Postal Service. Orders to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, APO, or FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.
Return Policy
All orders can be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrapping fees. To return an item, simply send it back in its original packaging to the provided address.
