Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return the entire system for a full refund, including free return shipping, provided that your return is postmarked within 30 days of receiving the system. Returns initiated within 30 days but not postmarked until after the 30-day risk-free trial period, or those not including all the equipment, may incur a restocking fee of up to $150.
Warranty Policy
If any part of your Frontpoint system, excluding screens, wiring, light bulbs, LEDs, LCDs, expendable batteries, and foil tape, becomes defective within 3 years from either (i) the initial activation date of the equipment at your location or (ii) 30 days from the date you receive the equipment—whichever occurs first—Frontpoint will repair or replace the defective part at no charge, provided you remain an active and in-good-standing Frontpoint customer.
