Shipping Policy

Free shipping within the USA on all orders over $39. Packages typically arrive within 3-4 business days but may occasionally take longer. Orders placed after 10 am Pacific Time may require an additional day for processing. International shipping is also available.

Return Policy

The return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

Function101 provides a 1-year limited warranty on all products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear.

Exchanges

If you need to make an exchange, please note that the specific style or product you request may not be in stock when your warranty claim is processed. In such cases, a store credit will be issued instead of a full replacement. The store credit, valid on function101.com, never expires.
