Product Warranty Claim

Please complete the entire Claim Form and include photos. If photos cannot be provided, the claim process may be delayed. Once your claim is received, their Claims Department will contact you within two (2) business days with a resolution. Note that the defective product must be located within the Continental United States; otherwise, shipping costs may not be covered by the warranty and will need to be paid by the claimant.

Return Policy

All paddleboards come with a 30-day guarantee. From the date of purchase, you can return the product if you are unsatisfied for any reason. After inspection and confirmation that the product has not been damaged intentionally, a full refund will be issued. To initiate a return under the 30-day guarantee, please complete the return form thoroughly.
