Shipping Policy

Shipping times can vary. Usually, orders placed on their website are shipped within 1 business day. The typical delivery time within the United States is 5-10 business days. Please be aware: Shipping to Hawaii takes longer because part of the transit is by boat, and delivery may take 3-4 weeks. Shipping to Canada can take up to 14 days.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate returns of non-sold items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition (shipping costs excluded). Once the returned items are received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used.

The Warranty Policy

G-form, LLC ("G-Form") guarantees to the original purchaser that G-Form® Products ("Products") are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the purchase date. This warranty lasts for one year from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser (meaning the warranty becomes void if you sell or transfer the G-Form Products to another party).
