Shipping Policy
Shipping fees depend on the selected shipping methods. Currently, shipments are only available within the United States.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and initiate a return for a refund.

Warranty
Gitzo products purchased in the US are covered by a Standard Limited Warranty for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Additionally, you can register your product online to receive a free Standard Limited Warranty Extension of nine (9) years and six (6) months, bringing the total coverage to up to seven (7) years from the purchase date.

C.R.I.S. guarantees full satisfaction on repairs and labor for 90 days and offers online tracking throughout the repair process.
