Refund
If you are unhappy with one of our Products for any reason, GLYDE will refund fifty percent of the product cost for the returned item(s), excluding original shipping fees. All refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the shipment date by GLYDE.
Pausing and Resuming Shipping
GLYDE offers its members the option to temporarily pause their GLYDE Subscription for up to 10 months. During the Pause Period, subscribers remain active but will not receive any GLYDE shipments. Shipments will restart for the remaining subscription period once users notify GLYDE that they want to resume receiving shipments.
