Gift Card & Packaging

Physical gift cards are shipped together with jewelry and follow the same processing and delivery times mentioned above. If you wish to include a message on the card, you can do so at checkout by selecting the "Need a gift message card?" option and entering your message before adding the item to your shopping cart.

Shipping Policy

There is a processing period before an order is shipped. The processing time varies depending on the product. Popular styles ordered by 11 PM PST will ship on the same day. Most styles are shipped within 24 hours, while engraved or personalized items may take 3-5 business days. During peak holiday and promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Return Policy

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the original order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving your returned package. The refund will be credited to your original payment method and cannot be transferred to alternate cards or payment options. For orders with free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs within 8 hours of placing the order, there will be no cancellation fee. Orders canceled between 8 and 24 hours after placement will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Orders canceled after 24 hours will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
