Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available only during special promotions. They offer a flat rate shipping of just $8.95 to the contiguous United States! You can order as much as you like and pay this low flat rate. They also provide priority mail or express mail options for expedited shipping. They are capable of shipping to virtually any address worldwide.
Return Policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items are not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are not refunded. For larger orders, the refund may be reduced by the actual cost of original shipping. After the 30-day return period, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to any returns.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled at the customer's request as long as they have not been shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, the customer must refuse delivery or pay for the return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned goods, a refund will be issued within two weeks.
