Product Freshness
To guarantee that all your products arrive in perfect condition, they are carefully packed in an insulated Styrofoam box with dry ice and/or reusable ice gel packs. They assure that their products will stay fresh and in their original state upon delivery to your address.
Shipping Policy
Orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Currently, they are unable to ship perishable items (those requiring refrigeration) internationally. However, their non-perishable and non-refrigerated products can be delivered to many international destinations.
Return Policy
