Great Jones provides free shipping on orders over $100 and offers a 60-day trial period. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by another email once your order has shipped. If there are unexpected delays, Great Jones will do its best to contact you and inform you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Great Jones offers a 60-day period for returns or exchanges without questions asked. If after testing the products—whether sautéing, braising, or baking—you decide it's not for you, Great Jones will provide a prepaid return label. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus original shipping costs, if applicable.
