Shipping

Currently, shipping is only available within the US. Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. During peak promotional periods, processing may take an additional 3-4 business days. Orders will be processed within 5 business days or less from the date of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive an automatic email with a USPS tracking link to monitor your shipment. Delivery by USPS generally takes 2-3 days after shipment.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items or components of our system. If less than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unopened products may be returned to Hamama for a refund of the purchase price. Used products or their components are not eligible for return. Please note, Hamama does not cover the cost of return shipping.
