Shipping Policy
They also offer a wide selection of gift boxes, trays, and baskets available worldwide. Details about national qualifications and various shipping costs are provided on each gift's product page. The price listed in the Product Delivery Details tab is in addition to the gift basket price and includes VAT. Delivery within the UK is free and typically takes 2-3 days, though it may take longer during peak periods.
Cancel the Order
If you wish to cancel your order, you may have up to 15 minutes after placing it to do so. They will make their best effort to cancel the order; however, if the order has already been processed and delivered to the warehouse within those 15 minutes, it can only be returned after delivery through their return process.
Return Policy
They understand that sometimes a gift may not be suitable for any reason. If you're not satisfied with the received product and wish to return it, you can request a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery, provided the gift basket remains unopened and in its original condition. Gifts containing custom items or perishable goods such as cheese are unfortunately not eligible for return.
