Shipping Policy
They typically ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you need your order to be shipped the same day you place it, please inform them or call Claudia at 623-878-7350, and they can expedite your order. For items over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Return Policy
Their return policy lasts for 20 days. If more than 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, they cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including being in its original packaging.
Refund Policy
After your return is received and inspected, they will notify you via email that your returned item has been received. They will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 25 days.
Gift Policy
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
